Stonemason, and pugilist (fighter). Apparently engaged in a fisticuff engagement (some reports says boxing match in Uniontown). Came home? to Freetown and died approx. two weeks later. One researcher could not find his grave in Freetown.

According to one report, old Casey house is still standing in Freetown.

His grandmother Malinda Mitchell served as midwife when he was born.
