David is buried in Bower's Chapel Cemetery, nr. Urbana, Dallas, Missouri along with several members of the family. His tombstone gives b: 24 Dec 1815 - d: 20 Dec 1894. Elizabeth is beside him with dates b: 8 May 1819 d: 15 Feb 1893. Son, Benjamin F. and wife, and daughter, Mary Jane Simmons Lindsey are also there.
