Catherine married Benjamin Franklin Simmons, son of John Isaac Simmons and Ruth Craige, in 1817 in Tennessee. (Benjamin Franklin Simmons was born in 1766 in Bute County, NC and died in Feb 1843 in Red River city, Grayson, Texas, USA.)
